Umbria, Italy
I didn’t take many pictures in Spain, and none in Rome, so I’ll have to update that portion of the trip later with Jesse’s pictures.
For the last couple of days we’re staying in a small cottage on an olive oil farm outside a tiny town in Umbria called Tuoro.
It’s quiet and perfect after the noise and fast pace of Rome.
Lots of relaxing, eating cheese, and drinking wine.
Sagrada Familia
Yesterday was out one day in Barcelona. It took about 4 hours to rent a car, including multiple calls to our credit card companies. We got to fit in a visit to this amazing gigantic church, Sagrada Familia.
Royal Palace and Kitchin
Forgive me, for I did not bring my camera along today. We saw the royal palace and it was partially awesome and partially tacky. They had set up terrible dioramas of kings being crowned, and well, it was lame.
We saw gorgeous views of the city, awesome war memorials, ate rabbit kidneys, and taste yummy whisky straight from the cask.
Edinburgh
Today: Alex and Jesse write the ceremony for their sister’s wedding, we check out Giles Cathedral, and walk around town.
