How I'll Choose
I decided not to choose randomly, as I'd like to actually feel good about the cause. I want to make a website for a good person who has a real need for a website.
To Enter

-Small-sized website (2-5 pages of content)
-A CMS, like Wordpress, if you'd like to include a blog or update the site yourself
-One round of revisions to best shape the design for your goals

Please specify if you'd require something that isn't mentioned, like an online store or embedded media. I may be able to accommodate these things easily, so don't be shy.

Why?
I really love web design and I want to keep learning and growing. Since I have to pay my bills, most of my freelance work doesn't match up with the work I'd really love to be doing (like designing you the site you really, really need!). This is where you come in. Besides, you'll be a kick-ass reference when it's done.
